This policy explains what information is collected through ccfilms.net and how it is used.
Contact Form
When you send a message through the contact form, the site collects the information you provide, such as name, email address, inquiry type, subject, and message. CC Films may use that information to review press inquiries, distribution inquiries, collaboration requests, questions about viewing Marrow, and general questions.
Hosting And Forms
This static website is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions may be processed by Netlify Forms for review. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, or legal information through the public contact form.
Embedded Media
The trailer section uses a YouTube privacy-conscious facade. YouTube is not loaded until a visitor chooses to play the trailer. Once loaded, YouTube may receive information according to its own policies.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity only on ccfilms.net when you choose to accept analytics. Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default, the site keeps advertising storage denied after opt-in, and neither service is loaded unless you opt in. Microsoft still sets its own cookies when Clarity loads, as explained below. Google Analytics events use page paths and coarse interaction labels; they never include contact-form content. You can decline without losing access to the site and change your choice at any time.
Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, to produce heatmaps and session replays. The contact form is masked, so its contents are not recorded. Clarity sets its own cookies on this site (_clck and _clsk). When it loads, Microsoft also sets cookies on its own domains, such as MUID, which can last up to a year. Microsoft collects or receives personal data from this site to provide Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising, and uses it as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
If you withdraw consent, Clarity stops recording, its _clck and _clsk cookies are cleared from this site, and it is not loaded again unless you accept analytics again. This site can’t clear Microsoft’s own cookies; you can remove them in your browser settings.
Data Requests
To request access, correction, or deletion of contact-form information you previously submitted, use the contact form and include enough context to identify the original message.
